First Time Clients
All first-time clients receive a complimentary consultation with their service. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete new client paperwork and discuss your hair history and goals with your stylist.
We recommend bringing photos of styles you like to help us understand your vision.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
If you're running late, please call us as soon as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you're not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 7 days and we'll make it right at no additional cost.
